having been through the process of watching someone deteriorate with ALS, I can say that just going on living would take a helluva a lot of determination. That he was so accomplished in spite of that is inspiring.

What is most amazing to me is that his true brilliance was as a communicator.... from a guy that basically used a 1980’s kids’ computer game for a voice. See you on the other side of the space-time continuum.
